  Book VI Post-Employment Title I Termination of Employment Art. 293.  Coverage.  All establishments or undertakings , whether for profit or not. Art. 294.  Security of tenure.   Termination of Regular Employment: Employer cannot terminate the services of an employee in regular employment without: just cause authorized cause Remedy: Reinstatement without loss of seniority rights and other privileges. Full backwages , including allowances, and other benefits or their monetary equivalent, computed from the time wages were withheld until actual reinstatement.
