Feliciano Insured: Evaristo Feliciano 4-3 On October 12, 1934 , Evaristo Feliciano signed an application for a life insurance policy in the amount of P20,000 with Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd. On that same date, Feliciano was suffering from advanced pulmonary tuberculosis , was breathless, had difficulty breathing, and appeared to have a high fever. On October 12, 1934, after conducting an X-ray examination at Santol Sanatorium, Dr. Trepp informed Feliciano’s brother, Dr. Serafin D. Feliciano, that the insured was already in a very serious and practically hopeless condition.
